Setting up payment options and pricing

Select how users will access the course. There are 3 payment types available: free, one-time payment, or subscription.
Based on your selection, the relevant settings will be displayed.

Before setting up paid courses, you must have a connected Stripe account.

1. Free

The course is free and does not require payment.

Options:

  • Enable free signup via form
    Users sign up through a dedicated form (name + email).
  • Copy link
    You receive a direct link to the signup form that you can share (email, social media, website).

✔️ Suitable for:

  • lead magnets
  • free challenges
  • introductory courses

2. One-time payment

The user pays once and receives lifetime access to the course.

Fields:

  • Price (excluding VAT)
    Enter the net price of the course.
  • SKU
    Internal product identifier (e.g. MEALPREP-BASICS).
  • Full price
    Displayed to users as a reference price (useful if you apply a discount or promotion).
  • Share purchase form link
    Copy the direct checkout link for this course.
  • Show course for purchase in the app
    The course will be visible in the app as a purchasable offer.

⚠️ Note:
For one-time payments, the Stripe product must be correctly configured.

3. Subscription

The user pays on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) and has access as long as the subscription is active.

Settings:

  • Connect product
    Select an existing Stripe subscription product.
  • Add product
    If you don’t have a product yet, you can create one directly from Audienced.
  • Show course for purchase in the app
    The course is displayed as a subscription offer.

✔️ Suitable for:

  • memberships
  • ongoing programs
  • content with regular updates

Important logic

  • Audienced does not create payments itself but connects to Stripe products.
  • Pricing, currency, and billing intervals are managed in Stripe.
  • Audienced takes care of:
    • access control,
    • onboarding,
    • user experience,
    • content linking.
