audienced Subscription

Audienced operates on a subscription-based model, which provides access to the platform based on the selected plan and billing cycle.

Free trial period

When you register, you receive:

• a 14-day free trial,
• with unlimited access to the Grow plan during this period.

During the trial:

• a credit card is not required,
• you can fully test the platform.

After the trial ends, to continue using Audienced you must:

• select a plan,
• add a payment method,
• enter billing details.

If these steps are not completed, access to the platform will be locked.

Choosing a plan

Audienced offers multiple plans:

• Starter
• Grow
• Scale

Plans differ based on usage limits and capacity.
You can change your plan at any time in the Subscription section.

Billing cycle

When subscribing, you choose:

• monthly or
• yearly billing.

Yearly billing is more cost-effective.
You can change the billing cycle later in your subscription settings.

Payments and billing

• Payments are processed automatically at the start of each new billing period.
• Audienced charges 0% transaction fees.
• You only pay for:
  • your selected plan,
  • standard payment processor fees (e.g. Stripe).

To issue a valid invoice, billing details must be provided.

Managing your subscription

In the Subscription section, you can:

• add or change a payment method,
• switch plans,
• change the billing cycle,
• cancel your subscription.

Canceling a subscription

If you cancel your subscription:

• it remains active until the end of the current paid period,
• no refunds are issued for the current billing period,
• your account and content remain stored,
• you can reactivate the subscription later.

Canceling a subscription does not delete your account.

Permanent account deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

• contact us at info@audienced.io,
• clearly state your request for permanent account deletion.
