Email marketing on audienced

audienced allows you to send email messages to users who are enrolled in your courses, challenges, or communities—directly within the platform, without the need for external email tools.

Types of email campaigns

The platform supports two main types:

1. Campaigns

Campaigns are a sequence of multiple emails that are sent automatically based on a user’s enrollment.

Common use cases include:

  • an onboarding sequence after enrolling in a course,
  • a 5-day email challenge,
  • a sales funnel following free content.

Each email in a campaign can be sent:

  • immediately after enrollment, or
  • X days after enrollment.

2. Email messages

Email messages are one-time emails sent to a selected audience.

Typical use cases include:

  • announcements about new content,
  • important notifications,
  • time-limited offers.

Where to manage email campaigns

In the platform administration, go to:

Email campaigns → Campaigns

Here you can see:

  • a list of all campaigns,
  • their status (draft / active),
  • the number of emails in each campaign,
  • the number of recipients.
