Set up your own custom domain for your Audienced website. This removes “audienced.io” from your site URL and replaces it with your own domain.
When you create an account in Audienced, you automatically receive an Audienced URL: sitename.audienced.io. You can replace this URL with your own domain. This means you can change sitename.audienced.io to mydomain.com.
Your domain is a domain you own, which allows you to use a custom URL where you will host your website and your Audienced platform.
To set up a custom domain, you will need a domain purchased from a domain provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Neoserv, etc.), because Audienced does not provide domains.
Go to Settings in the General tab and find the URL address section. In the New custom URL field, enter your domain as shown in the example, then click Save at the bottom of the page.

Go to the dashboard where you purchased your domain and log in to your account.
After logging in to your Neoserv account, click to log in to cPanel. In our example, we click the link audienced.io/cPanel

When cPanel opens, find the Domains section and click Domains.

A new page will open showing your domains. For the domain where you want to connect the platform, click Manage.

On the new page, find Modify The Zones.

On this page, click Add Record, choose Type = CNAME, and fill it in as shown below:
NAME: courses.audienced.si (you can replace courses with anything you want)
TTL: 14400 (you can temporarily lower it to 300 for faster propagation, then change it back later)
TYPE: CNAME
RECORD: my-domain.audienced.io

Changes usually apply within a few minutes (if TTL is set to 300). If you have any questions about setting up a custom domain, contact our support via email.
